I agree with the one before me. It was co-written by Pharell. It has Teddy Riley in it, too.
Some of the lyrics go "....All I wanna do is zooma zooma in your boom boom" Something to that effect.
And ".....shake it, shake it girl, just shake it! she could spend every birthday buck naked!"

once again jay-z proving he needs to copy other peoples stuff to do anything for himself. he retired and then heard rump shaker and was like " oh i guess i havnt copied every song already i gotta make a come back" and then he made "show me what you got"

Wow, that's terrible!! I am in Australia, and we have checks with our maternal and child health nurse at 1 week old, 2 weeks, then every 2 weeks till 3 months old. Then every month for as long as we want to until they are 12 months old. Then the next one is 18 months, 2 years, 2 1/2, 3 years, then 4 yo. Especially for new mums, this would be concerning. Babies need regular checks, and mums need the oppertunity to discuss any concerns and topics as they arise. Maybe try asking if you can have your baby checked more regularly, although i feel you shoudn't have to ask, it should be common practice. I'm astounded!
