becouse i heard it sang on the radio by rolling stones today a i know the guns'n'roses version but then i thought who sang it first

The Rolling Stones sang it well before there was a Guns 'N Roses. Both versions are okay but I actually prefer the original by the Stones.

The Rolling Stones wrote and sang it. The Sunday Times recently gave a free D.V.D. showing the Stones putting the song together in a studio, a real eye opener, the level of "kit" they had in them days is miles away from today. I bought the paper especially to get the D.V.D. some very very rare footage.If like me you are a lifetime fan you should try to obtain it. They were also putting together stuff for their Beggars Banquet album.
