Can you clarify, is the water in the cylinder head (i.e. the bottom of the spark plug is wet when you take it out) or is the water lying in the casting above the thread (i.e. making the body of the plug and the leads wet).

If the water is in the cylinder head it's a head gasket failure. If thats the case steam will come form the exhaust and it'll run badly when you turn run it. Sadly, this is a pretty expensive failure. Also look for oil like coffee, and coolant like mayonaise.

If the water is above the spark plug, and the leads are sitting in a pool of water, then it's the rocker cover gasket. Which is much less of a concern, and much cheaper & easier to replace.

worry-free problem with the Honda's, spark plug tube seals are growing puzzling and are literally no longer able to seal the area. at the same time as this happens, it grounds out the spark plug wires and also you loose means. Get an total valve cover gasket set. in this set will be a sparkling set of spark plug tube seals and a valve cover gasket. once you've replaced those issues, replace the oil soaked plug wires with new ones and the motorcar will go back to primary operation. in case you haven't replaced the plugs as yet, positioned a collection of NGK's in and also you'll see the version

Head gasket has gone. Have a look at your exhaust smoke, is it white but doesn't smell? Does your temperature gauge go all over the place? What is the water level like in your radiator, low? If you answer yes to any of these, definitely head gasket.

Most likely a Head Gasket but could even be a cracked head or block, take it to a garage and have it pressure tested, and put it on a diagnostic machine ,I know it sounds pricey but better than a new engine. GOOD LUCK.
