Okay, I know two people that have been seperated for over 3 years, now they want to get divorced, is there a quick and simple way of doing this?

Providing both parties agree to it then one just has to make application at the court house and begin the process. Will need marriage license etc., to give to the court and then they will begin the paperwork and shouldn't take any longer than 6 months.

You sound like my boyfriend I even have been with him very very nearly 3 years and he continues to be married as a results of he cant have adequate money a divorce and that i'm unable to provide him the money for it.He have been given into that mess he can get out,HIs spouse hates him tho she hasnt spoken 2 words because of the fact the split,to me he trys to avert it he claims he isnt yet i understand he has had the money we combat approximately it alot.we've a 8 month previous son 2 now and im waiting to get married yet he keeps looking excuses that he cant have adequate money it,thats all bull and im particular yours is all bull 2.I dont blame different women you have dated no woman likes to be with a guy while he continues to be attatched to a various women.HIs spouse has paid for the divorce yet he desires a lawyer to combat reason he dont comply with what she is stressful so he hires legal experts then fires them so he can shop it going and going im in order that happy that next month its over not greater attempting each thing interior the e book to end his divorce his spouse has been attempting for a year and a nil.5 he claims he needs it and he could be greater advantageous than chuffed yet his strikes talk diverse .So i seem at you like i do him in case you particularly wanted divorced you wouldnt be using i cant have adequate money it, is in basic terms a copout to me.and you being friends together with her why are you interior the 1st place?Are you desiring her back and she or he in basic terms dont choose you .what's your actual deal ?you sound as in case you may care much less the two way.you may desire to break up its been long adequate you 2 arent getting back tog so bypass on mutually with your life my god flow on!!!!!!!!!!!ANd dont date a single woman till you do perhaps then you definately would flow speedier.solid success!!

They can go to a lawyer together, if they agree on everything, this is the simplest way.

if it is mutual, no kids involved, no assets or debts, it can be easy.
but once any of the afrementioned items come into play, it can be a process.
