I am sorry to hear you feel disconnected. I think it is important that you sit and talk with your husband to try and connect again, and tell him that you would like to reconnect. You mention that you just talk on the phone - do you talk in person as well? I think it is important to find time to be together. Communication is so important.

I think that part of your problem could be from depression - have you seen a doctor? Depression can get in the way of us living our lives to the full. The other thing that might help is a caring counsellor - someone to listen to you, or perhaps find out what is making you push your husband away.

Good luck and best wishes.

Honestly, I think you might be experiencing symptoms of depression. Depression can cause you to seek solitude and to push people away. I think maybe going and getting treated for that, whether you talk with a counselor or get on medication you will start feeling better. Then together, your husband and you can start going to counseling together. He may be harboring feelings of resentment for pushing him away, and you probably wont' be comfortable jumping right back into 100% off the bat. Give it time and work on it together!!! Good luck!!

Sounds like you are depressed. I did the same thing. I got on Wellbutrin and I have been so much better. My sex drive even soared through the roof! If you think you are depressed, ask your doctor for Wellbutrin SR 150mg twice daily. At first you will have some side effects like nausea and being tired. But your body will adjust and you will never regret it. Good luck!

Go to marriage counseling, or go alone. It sounds like you have more issues than you can handle on your own.
