Well I haven't been at home able to watch tv a lot lately, but I can distinctively recall one season a few years back (two years maybe) I watched "Paradise Island", some kind of pseudo-reality show/dating game. I feel uncomfortable just mentioning it.

If I'm home sick I will maybe watch Passions, which is probably the worst soap ever. I am ashamed of that even more than I am of Paradise Island.

I feel guilty about watching Maury Povitch when he has people on the show who are getting their 5th DNA test to find out who their babies father is...that is really bad...the fact that I watch it is even worse.

I'm like that with American Idol. I want to watch to listen to the good singers, but I don't want to contribute to the ratings. It's a vicious cycle. .
