No because its only a matter of time before they get their hands on a nuclear device and inflict some serious damage. Its not a fair comparison to say there were so many deaths do to heart attacks and their was only 3,000 on 9-11. The difference with deaths on 9-11 is they were caused on purpose by other human beings. If someone is capable of killing 3,000 innocents by terrorist tactics, do you think those same people would think twice to poison our water supply or launch a nuclear device and take out a city of millions of people? That is what they dream and aspire to do. People need to wake up!

Not if you happened to be in one of the Twin Towers on 9/11/01.

Or you happened to be on the tube/bus to work in London on 7/7/05.

I'd say it was pretty damn real then.

yes - terrorism is absolutely exaggerated today to keep the masses in line and afraid.

about 3000 people were killed in the attacks on 9/11.
in the same year (2001) in the US:
more than 700,000 died of heart disease
more than 550,000 died of cancer
more than 62,000 died of the flu
more than 30,000 comitted suicide

but of course you should be afraid of terrorists, because the boogey-man could be anywhere, and of course they have nothing better to do than to target you specifically.
