my eating habits have just gone haywire!!!!! i am unexplainably feeling the need to eat loads of carbs and generally feel like suffing my self with fat laiden filling foods.
Is this a part of PMS symptoms or something more complex?
I am due on in about two weeks time. i hate this feeling but somehow cant control myself. The urges are really strong.

Are you feeling generally bitchy and uncompromising? If yes, it is PMS alright.

It does happen to most people about period time but not usually two weeks in advance. Could you be eating for comfort. Check how you're feeling emotionally. Have any events made you feel low recently. That maakes me eat that way like mad. Good luck.

First, could u be pregnant? And second, yes those are also PMS symptoms. Two weeks before my period , I eat soooo much more than I usually eat and everything i want is fatty bad foods like junk food. I am very crabby and tired, my stomach gets bloated .And one week before my period my breast get very sore.

erm i get that a day or 2 before my period starts but i have never had it for longer than that.

try your best not to eat the foods unless you want to put on weight.

some people eat stuff like that when they are unhappy about something.
maybe you are a little depressed?
