After ensuring that all my family and pets are out of the burning building, I'd take the following:
1. My scrapbooks
2. My wedding photo album
3. The box that holds our passports, birth certificates and copies of important papers.

The two grandchildren I am raising.
My box with all the important papers in it.
All of my photos. We lost everything in a storm a few years ago and I never cried until I saw that all the photos were ruined. I now have no photos of my children when they were young.

WELL...my hubby is a given, so I'd take
1) my ADORABLE pug puppy Seymour
2) Wedding pictures
3) um...the leftover pizza in the fridge..I eat when I get nervous and I am sure I'd be nervous if there were a fire.

I'd take my wallet, my car (keys), and as many pairs of underwear as I can carry.
Of course I'd have to take the dog and the cat, and my coat is always in the car, everything else is insured.
