Got the good news that i can go back to work, after 7 weeks recovering ..from a road crash.

Thinking literally within In the past 7 days - I went to an outdoor Xmas concert put on by the City Council on Saturday night. 120,000 people were there, it was a mild night and great atmosphere. The music was well organised and good quality, and the fireworks at the end were the best I've seen here. Great community (and holiday) event!

Hmm... yesterday I went shopping in York with my sister who was home for the weekend (a long one). I was being her personal shopper which is usually really funny - she wears stuff I think she should try and looks terrible, then I tell her so. We had a really nice lunch in a fancy restuarant. Not to mention, afternoon tea in the nicest tea shop in the place. We had to queue for 30 minutes just to get it. It was delicious too - they made the tea with real leaves that we had to use strainers for. It was the first time I'd had Yorkshire Clotted Cream. Then we bought some presents for my Grandma's birthday - its always nice to buy poeple things you know they'll really enjoy, like an ironing board, and some scented draw liners haha.
I was utterly spoilt.

if you mean in the last seven days....
Long story but met up with two girls on a blind date, they went off, i stayed with an ex girlfriend in the pub, her friend turned up, i got her number, will call her tomorrow, then spent the rest of Friday night in the local with the girl at the other end of the table leaning over and showing me her cleavage for the couple of hours until they called time. Found out today that one of the girls from the blind date is really interested :D
Love the attention but what the funk am i gonna do??? lol

Well the bad thing was I buried my Grandad who was 88.
The good thing was, I saw all of my family who haven't all been together for 20 years. We had a lovely time together and some great laughs talking about old times. It was magic!

Its only just Monday of this week. lol I dont like mondays, so nothing special has gone on this week. Its only another hour and a half of work day though!
