well it all depends what are u looking for... Are u looking to have more minutes? if yes, then go with T-Mobile. IF u want to have a good service, pretty much all of the time, then just go with Version or Cingular. If u receive more calls then u make calls, just get Verson, their offer a free incomming calls. Cingular have roll over minutes, if u don't use all of your minuted @ once then u can just roll them over into the next month.

It depends really on were you live, I don't think that T-mobile covers as many parts of the country as Vodafone and since Vodafone brought in their beat the clock deal, were you can talk for up to an hour for the price of 3 minutes if you take a 18 month contract I find them the best. But really you would need to take into consideration how you use your phone, e.g. do you talk or text more? Then look at what is available.

find out what other people have in your area, the signal strtength is the most important. Most of the mobile companies offer the same deals or will price match if you threaten to leave, and they're all busy off shoring their call centres so sometimes you'll get good service and sometimes bad.
You need a good basic deal, and signal strength. If you go in an Orange shop they'll work it all out for you but you will be under no obligation to buy. They might also still do Orange Value Promise which is a price match against other operators.
Singal also vvaries by handset, so somewhere a Nokia works might not be so good on a Moto etc. depends what manufacturer the network uses to supply their base stations etc.

I would rather go in for T-mobile than Vodafone. The latter try their best to keep you on their roll - cz their deals (once youre in) are not the best.
T mobile give cheaper deals than most. Three give s you the cheapest, but their customer service and phones are soopercr*p.
Orange is worth considering if you re ready to pay a little extra but get a good deal for what you pay.

I just had a contract from 3 couple of months ago. They are cheap and loads of free services. I pay £17.50 per month for 800 mins any time any network and 500 txt, £5 worth downloads, 25 MMS per month. Also great about this network is FREE MSN Messenger. I can chat with frens when I am in bus or somewhere away from computer. Also lately they have free TV channels for a month. I don't have any network problem or service problem with them yet. BUT heard that their phone set break down very soon coz of software installed in it. Otherwise I recommend it.
Other than 3, I reckon T network and 3rdly Vodafone.

I think coverage wise vodafone is good but I know several family and friends are with either Orange or T-Mobile and none of them have complaints. 3 is not too bad either but I think you willhave to base your decision on the best package deal that can be offered to you based on what your needs are i.e. do you use it more in the evenings or the day time? do send a lot of text messages? things like that and obviously what can you afford each month if you decide to get a contract as you must remember the small print details as one of my friends took out a contract with 3 but she didnt realise it was an 18 month contract and now cannot get out of it without paying the rest of the contract off first. Please shop around and get the best deal FOR YOURSELF that you can and good luck!

Yes, T-Mobile IS good - the only thing is it seems to be the only network that doesn't give out any offers, like the other networks do (free minutes, texts, etc.).
However, it doesn't cut you off that much, either, so reliability is good - & customer services is a free call (unless you're on pre-pay).

I have tried all networks and found that the best network is O2.
T-mobile is rubbish reception, Orange has crap customer service and call prices, vodaphone has crap customer service and network, 3 are expensive, virgin isnt too bad but havent been going long enough to test time, tescos is utter crap.
Hope this helps

Currently, "3" is the better network for coverage and price plans, plus their helpline is open 24/7. T-Mobile are next in terms of service and price plans but Vodafone are total rip offs with regard to prices and services whilst they have the widest coverage area. They tend to concentrate on business customers in preference to anyone else.
