No -- the major league record is only 755 (Hank Aaron) and I believe the record in Japan is 800-something, so I don't think anyone has hit that many homeruns, let alone someone named Tony.

Oh Sadaharu of the Japanese league has hit the most home runs in a professional league by hitting 868 home runs in his career ranging from 1959 - 1980.
