Giver, by nature, I've been that way since a lil child.
Well, Lexi, you could be right that some are manipulating a facade. Sometimes you can tell by how much they give or do, cuz if they are really selfish they might not be giving as much (they probably wouldn't give the all of something) or don't do things the best they can (half-arsed)... maybe just enuf to get the appearance. It could be hard for some to judge. At least for us TRUE, from a pure heart givers, God knows. And even before I knew God was pleased with that type of heart, I was already like that soo... I'm not motivated simply by the "building up treasures in Heaven". Because I already had that type of spirit before I understood it. :-) Peace!
P.S. And you now that old adage -sp? (am I using the right word?): "It feels better to give than to receive" isn't a long-standing quote for nothing. It honestly rings true for some!

Overall there are givers and takers but some takers do give and vice versa. Im mainly a giver though but I take a lot. I hate when all these people say they are a giver and never a taker and they probeley really selfish though and want to look sweet and innocent.

you can't separate everyone into these 2 black and white boxes. Everyone is some of both. Maybe they lean more one way than another, but one can't be all something. I try to be more giving, but I suppose my taking side wins out. XP

well, i know you say there are two kinds of people, but i'm actually both. i like to give more than take. but occasionally i like to take. there are advantages of giving and taking!!! but thats me! so i guess i'm both...
