You can start by saving the video from youtube using http://www.savetube.com It's really easy to use. After that you can just convert it to a movie I think.

I don't know if it will work properly but you can download Video Downloader if using Firefox and save the file as a FLV file. I just don't know if you can integrate that file into the presentation. You might also have to get a FLV viewer.

well if you can download it, then download it, then open power point and click insert, and something should be there to insert video
