I actually like the cookie dough better then the cookies. So I make a batch of dough and eat what I want then I freeze the rest in a roll shape like the rolls you can buy. If cuts off the roll easily when it's frozen and tastes better then cookie dough ice cream :)
I like to put white and chocolate chips in the dough.

1. I eat raw cookie dough all the time, but I'm a vegan so I don't need to worry about getting salmonella because there aren't any eggs in my dough.
2. I have not had cookie dough ice cream for the same reason, I'm a vegan and they don't make all the flavors in soy.
3. I don't think that chocolate chip cookie dough makes you hungry. In fact it gives you super powers to eat all the cookies before they get cold.

Yes, it does make me hungry! I don't have the stuff for cookie dough, but I will raid my emergency chocolate until I can go out and get what I need! :)

2. Yes, several kinds. The Simpson's Cookie D'oh! is a rip-off. We only got two small pieces of cookie dough in a two-litre container. (That's two quarts.)
