The idea that the media is liberal biased is obsolete and no longer true. The media today is very controlled by the right.
Case in point, your question. There have been a lot of things the new Democratic party are promising that are great for the country and very centrist... but are we seeing this stuff on the news? No.
I had to do some private research to find some of them... for example, the Democratic party has vowed to surrender its liberal agenda due to what they believe was a cry from our nation with the last election to be more moderate and in the middle.
Also, they don't want to hear anything positive about the Democratic party. I think a lot of them are still sulking about losing the majority in both the House and Senate. So right now, they just want to live in this fantasy world of how they were so right, how America just messed up and how the world will now go straight to hell. Seriously... do you see any of them at all saying, 'ok you have the majority now, let's work together?" No. Instead all you see is most of them saying you can't trust a Democrat's promise even before the Democrats officially have a the majority and have a chance to do anything.
You see, there are two guarantees with a Republican... they never give credit where credit is due and they never admit they might have been wrong.

It's because both sides are liars. The democrats and the republicans are both liars and nothing either side says should be taken at face value. This is the monopoly game that will continue to go on until the government is abolished. Good luck with all those liars in the government that you keep voting for.

i think of conflict is in basic terms too good a word, yet I do understand the element you're attempting to make. The partisan rhetoric in this united states has reached a pandemic point. we could all be greater advantageous served to communicate subjects particularly than human beings. the project is that discussing subjects demands data and what I see from many of the style of human beings you describe is they don't understand the data and as a result hotel to the backside user-friendly denominator. i believe this habit reflects an absolute frustration, yet additionally an lack of ability to precise it correct. the final tactic while encountering this style of outrage is to place up honest data and attempt to stay above the divisive ineffective comments of the questions or solutions many times. Sinking to their point will by no ability produce a win and a minimum of for myself would not make me experience greater advantageous approximately something.

The GOP should have cut funding for it, instead of being the rubber stamp party, and then they might not have lost the election. Who would have thought saying "cut and run" over and over wouldn't win an election? Don't take hits at FOX News. They're less of a joke than CNN and MSNBC.

Do you have any sources for this? Mainly, I was under the impression that the Dem's were going to cut and run because that's what the majority of them said they were going to do in their campaigns. I guess it makes sense that they will continue funding the war since the majority of them ran on anti war propaganda.

because a democrat promise isn't worth the soiled toilet paper it's written on. How about Jon Corzine who ran for governor of NJ and promised that he wouldn't raise taxes? The first piece of legislation he proposed and the legislature passed was increasing the NJ sales tax from 6% to 7%, and he also added a bunch of things to be taxed that didn't used to be assessed sales tax, like lawn mowing service.
Some things you can be sure of with democrats is they don't like the military, they love taxes and they love abortions. Joe Lieberman supported the war and they threw him out of the party. That's a guy who was their vice presidential nominee not too long ago.

They are aware. Just as some of the answers to your question prove, the truth is no match for insanity. It's easier to bash the Dem's than to hear the truth.
