I am writing this novel where this girl has to pick between Hell and Heaven and she picks Hell. But then she decides to go against the demons and angels to join a force that wants to protect the Earth from being destroyed by the "Final Battle" against angels and demons. So if you have any ideas of what I can do or write please tell me I am having writer's block. So please help.

how are you having writer's block? you just can't think of anything? how about...

why does she pick to go to hell? (you could explain this in the beginning or as a flashback)

so she's like the protector of earth? and she can't pick sides? that could be interesting. you could have a little side kind of less important plot when the angels or the demons are trying to get her to join their side.

um, you could think of characters that belong to the group she joins.e.g. is there a leader? you should make up those characters, and a hierarchy if there is one.

tell how she died. I'm assuming she's dead, considering she's in either heaven or hell?

why does she get a choice? How is it that she can choose, rather than saint peter or whoever it is who picks people to go to heaven or hell?

tell more about the final battle. why does it occur? for power, or money, or just simply the fact that angels and demons fight? what starts the battle? it could be a sort of planned thing, like they always knew that it would happen in this or this year and they were always preparing for it, or did something happen that made the angels and demons start a war?

how does the group prepare for the final battle? how do they know there's going to be one? do they prepare, or are they caught by surprise?

does the group specifically protect earth, or will they help injured angels or demons?

does the girl have any contact with the earth people? is she like a ghost now?

if none of this works, you should pick a place in you story and draw a map. it doesn't matter if you're good a drawing, just get the general idea.

well good luck, it sounds like a really good idea.

Not sure about the writers block, you need to get more in depth. Just wondering myself why the angels and demons have joined a union together. Kind of out of the normal character. You mention that she decides to go against them and join a force that wants to protect the Earth. You could elaborate a lot more on this as to , who did she join forces with? Why are they saving the Earth? What final battle? dig in deep to your thoughts and let it ride. You can always do re-writes but use the most of your mind.

That sounds really cool. I would first try researching a lot about various angels, demons and sub-dieties to get an idea of what and how they would fight each other. I suppose it's judgement day, so you can go really over the top if you want to, I mean you could do a scene where they fight on the moon, or Blade-style in a commercial complex.. these angels and demons may have companies on earth in prepartion and may control armies so you could include a lot of scenes on normal places to make it easy to relate to.

The protagonist doesn't have to die, as such. She could simply be pursuaded into working for them. Do the rebels have uniforms? Could they use things like guns and cars as well as their own powers, blah blah.. it's a really cool concept tho.

Hm...where do God and Satan come in? Perhaps you can explore their reactions to her various decisions, as well as the ramifications of her first choice?
