If a person is accused of two drug dealing charges or two murderer charges in two separate occasions, either the person is extremely unlucky to be at the wrong place at the wrong time twice!! very unlikely !!!!
Michael has been accused twice in the justice system and many more off the justice system. Yeah, he did commit the crime and he admitted by paying up the victim in the first offense, so why if he claims to be innocent goes and pays millions of dollars to prove it?? If I didn't commit a crime, I stand trial with free conscience and wait for justice to run its course.

Here are the people that I blame for Michael Jackson: Michael Jackson for his fondness of children at his age in a negative way.
His father, for f-ing him up as a child-him and his brothers.(Jermaine Jackson was a producer for the movie "The Jacksons: The American Dream" and it showed how Joe, the father, beat the living crap out of his boys, threaten them, and scared them with the scriptures of being a Jahovah's Witness. Especially Michael).
Third, I blame the parents who let this adult man sleep in the same bed with him and have their children go out with him and absolutely do nothing about it because they are so into the fact that he is Michael Jackson that did not matter to them. They did not care for the safety of their children.
Do I think he sexually assaulted a child? No. I think he is so trap at wanting to be a kid so damn badly (considering that was banned from him as a child) that, by any means, he would do anything to be that kid again. That is why he surrounds himself around children. He will never really be an "adult", per se. And that is sad. He is sad. Thinking about this conversation is sad.

I think he's guilty. He and the children he invites to his "Neverland Ranch" are all sleeping in the same bed. He's been accused of it by many people, and he's rich enough (and has a large enough fan base) to get away with it. I agree with BrendaWise...O.J. and Michael Jackson both had pretty good lawyers.

Nope!
Show me a surveillance video and I will believe it! Allllllllll the technology we have in the 21st century, all the staff who have made claims and NOBODY has caught him on tape doing anything! NO pictures, no nothing!
At this point, you could have planted an actor, a midget or something to cause a BREAK in this decade of accusations.
I just think it's a weak attempt on behalf of whomever to defame one of the greatest (if not THE greatest) entertainers to ever grace a stage. In America, it has been shown and proven that people will build you up to break yo down, and that's the reason he is not in this country anymore.
IS he weird...Yes
Did his childhood mess him up!!!...Yes
I just don't think that he molest children

HE is absolutely guilty and definitely got away with it. He used children of families with questionable backgrounds. How disgusting. And I think the parents are guilty of pimping the kids; being sent off to dinner in limo rides while the kids were left alone with him.

Just as guilty as the parents who let their kids sleep in the same bed with a grown man. The system failed, they're all running around free and the kids are emotionally damaged for life.

Guilty? Probably
Molest? Probably
System work? Probably not
Let's put it this way - I'd NEVER let him alone..or anywhere near any of my own children ...especially sons.

He appeals to look like a woman. He has no armpit hair, no go-tee, he wears lip-stick, he sleeps in the bed with children. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He's guilty...and if he gets away with it for the rest of his life, he will have to pay when he dies...

to all you who said hes guilty you are wrong.he was taken advantage of, he has the innocence of a child and so he could relate to them.he saw nothing wrong with sleeping in the same bed with children and it is only since sick paedophiles have ruined things that is has been deemed immoral to sleep in a bed with a child.the kids that accused him of this were instructed to by their parents simply to make money.how come is is that macauley culkin says he never touched him.i'll tell you why because he didn't and unlike all the others macauley didn't need the money!!!
