Gray's... a show with new interns and all thier trials and tribulations....Lost.. a show of plan crash survivers...learning to live on a deserted island..with the others..if you watch the show, you will know what I am talking about.

I'd go with Lost, only because Grey's Anatomy is a show for women. Anyone who argues that point is a woman or is forced to watch it by the woman in their life.

I watch both and I say Grey's Anatomy is better.
I don't like Lost anymore. It makes no sense and
they either don't make enough shows (like this season)
or they play the shows out of order (last season.)
And Lost has gotten to violent for me.

Lost is better hands down!! dont get me wrong, grey's anatomy is a great show but i think its in a different category than lost. i am a fan of both shows, but lost is my all time fave. only thing better on grey's is that they dont do the whole hiatus thing (lost is on hiatus for another 14 weeks, i hate that crap)...and there are steamy bathtub scenes, lol

Grey's Anatomy looks so dull that I have never watched it. Therefore Lost is the better show.
