Oh My GAWD! I thought it was just me. I never get cramps or headaches until I'm already on and I alway hate the world that last day and the day after. I'm glad to see I'm not alone.

P.M.S. can happen at any time of the month..all it is, is your hormones going haywire!! Which is normal for a woman and can happen at any time of the month..
