has anyone used this website , i signed up today and it appears it is like yahoo apart from you earn money from it , if you have used it how does it work and they give you money ??

MyLot is actually a real website, not a fly-by-night operation. I know only a little about what they actually do, but you can actually make a little (emphasize A LITTLE) money by posting on their message boards and referring other folks to join up. I think the general idea is that they get money from advertisers and use their message boards as a means of putting eyeballs in front of their sponsors' ads.
Clicking on the asker's link or just visiting www.mylot.com WILL NOT get you infected with spyware or open you up to a flood of spam.

This site was mentioned on a question a couple of weeks ago. Apparently it is legit, but you'd have to answer a staggering amount of questions to be paid anything worth talking about. I had a look at the time and it sounds good in theory but really isn't that good. Doesn't cost you anything though as far as I know so fill your boots and good luck!
