how do i resize the image in wordpad?

load the image into wordpad. then around the outside edge of the image are drag and drop points that allow you to make it bigger or smaller

Click the image and notice the selectors (little dots) appear on all four cornors and the middle of each edge of the image. Simply click and drag the selectors to resize.

Just drag it by it's corners. If you can't do it, click on the image, press "Ctrl + C", paste it into a Word document or image editor ("Ctrl + V") and then resize it there.

get microsoft word. a lot easier to use
