I'm just fed up of reading the newspapers having reports of another child beaten up by it's parents, lady raped by drug crazed idiot, grandfather beathen to death by drink induced binge drunk girls and stories of that sort, I want to live in a nice world were I don't want to die for my ipod just so some junkie can get a fix.
ok how about chemical sterilization for the bad 'uns, seeing jail does nothing but worsen the offender? given them both. some states in the us offer sterilization with a reduced sentence.

Chemical castration has been proven not to work. Once the pedo has left jail and is on his own it is appearant that they stop taking the drugs neccessary for the inhibiter to work, or simply that in the UK they disappear and nobody in authority bothers a bout it.
