It all depends on who your favourite guitarist is. Same goes with anything else. If they're in a huge band that everyone else wants to meet as well, then good luck, you'll probably never meet them. However, if they're a smaller band, then of course you're more likely to. ;) If it's the latter, then you could probably just goto a concert of theirs, and they'd be more than happy.

my advice is:
go to their official websites, and write a review or mailing post to them, some will answer but some do not.
