Best season of Blackadder?

I'd have to say Blackadder the Third is my favourite because that's when Hugh Laurie became a regular. The the first is crap in my opinion. What do you reckon?

hey katz. yeah from what i understand about the series, baldrick starts out as the 'brain' so to speak and throughout the series turns into an idiot. so yes, agree that season two is good for balders...but the queen is annoying.

i'm torn between 2 and 3. i do like hugh laurie, but 2 has my favoite episode "beer" (with the whiteadders...that turnip looks just like a thingy)

I like 3 but Boldric has better lines in 2.
