some people are depressed with nothing to be depressed about - alot of people dont no why so dont feel confused or out of place - It would be reasurring if you took a trip to the doctors - its possible you could have an ilness and a comment from experts is always a help - dont sleep to much because you could become over tired and do not take pills to keep you awake - thsi could make it worse - if you are on the pill dont forget the pill can give you all sorts of weird things - nothing serious but it is most proberly because of this - headaches sicknes depression out of breathe could all be side effects but a doctors opion is always best - DONT PANICK

Last time i was reall really badly out of breath = we had this "Beep" test in PE where you have to constantly keep running at a certain speed for as long as you can do so. otherwise last night i was on an exercise stepper machine....but it didnt quite make me breathless just more tired =D

it sounds like youre lacking iron. my periods were all over the place was also getting headaches and always sleeping my hair also started falling out. simple blood test by the doctor can tell you if this is the case. the depression is just the tiredness getting on top of you. GET TO THE DOCTOR. lol x

go ahead and see your doctor. if it were an iron deficiency you would be seeing dark spots. sounds to me like clinical depression. u can't understand due to your situation. your life is good, so, your health should be good too, right? but, that's not always how is goes. they may have to put you on an antidepressant. my second guess would be hormones. if it were your thyroid you would be very irritable and have hair loss, along with an array of other things. your breathlessness may be the lack of exercise (your heart/lungs are weakening) from sleeping too often.

If you are not on birth control you might want to consider that to regulate your periods and your moods. If you are on birth control you might consider switching to a different kind. Make sure you're eating right and exercising. Excercise is a good way to burn toxins and elevate the mood...even if you don't feel like it, atleast take a walk. Also, people who have a spiritual side are sometimes happier. I pray and draw close to God and ask him for guidance. Good Luck

Sounds like you may have a hormonal imbalance. Call your doctor, see if they can check you out and see. You might need nothing more than a lower dose of hormones. There are several new birth controls with lower levels in them. Check it out. Hope you get feeling better soon! ♥

a couple of years ago, i was crying for no reason. i found myself sobbing over nothing, and when my family were asking what was the matter, i had no answer because my life was going really well.
i think it may help going to see your GP someone like that, just to see if they can recommend anytihng.
i really really do hope you feel better soon. x

it could be your thyroid, it could be underactive. a blood test from your doctor should detect it.
also if you are low in iron that could make you like that.
if you dont want to go to your doctors, you can buy a tonic from the chemist and that may work.If i does fine but still see your gp to be sure.its only a ten minute job to have a blood test.
