yes, zachary's is definitely the best in the area.

if you want something totally different, try bella roma in martinez, ca. they have a huge pipe organ with live organist that takes requests as you eat your pizza.

You can try Zachary's near the Rockridge BART. It's on border of Berkeley and Oakland on College Avenue I believe. They serve Chicago style deep dish pizza and I personally recommend the mushroom and spinach pizza. I think there's also another Chicago-style pizza place at Jack London Square called Uno's.
