Hi there...Nature's Miracle is an enzymatic neutralizer which breaks down urine proteins and eliminates odours after soaking the affected areas thoroughly and then allowing it to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary for heavily soiled areas.

To remove the stain, usually oxyclean or hydrogen peroxide (a component of oxyclean) will lighten the stains. Be sure to do a spot test first as either of these may cause discolouration.

Hi,
I have two dogs and one cat. And to say the least there are accidents throughout the house. I steamed cleaned and not much happened. But, I had this brain storm !@#^* Where the shampoo depenser, I rinsed it out well and put in Oxyclean with water and mixed well and used it and I guess along with the hot water and I let it stay on for ten minutes or so and went back over it and it's gone. Maybe, all this was a one time thing. I was using a friends Eureka carpet cleaner that she bought at Walmart and it did a great job along with Oxyclean. Oh, I did go over the spots after with just very, very hot water. I hope this helps.

I know coke it supposed to get stains out of carpets, but I was doing some shopping a while back because I have puppies in the house and I found a type of urine gone type of spray bottle. It seems to work, but you have to spray directly onto the spot that was used. It is a little difficult actually.

You could try Nature's Miracle - that's pretty available, sold in Petco, Petsmart, etc. in many forms. You could also try homemade: a vinegar/baking soda treatment (which is also exciting to watch!) and - I think - won't harm fabrics.
