I have fair skin with a splash of freckles accross my nose and cheeks, i've got blond highlights with green eyes, can someone please tell me what colours to use and any tricks to applying it????(especially eyeliner on the top lid and the eyeshadow)

Have you tried going into the beauty counter of Estee Lauder, Elizabeth Arden or any of those places in the Mall and asking for some help? They usually offer a make over free of charge then suggest products that you can use. Of course you don't have to buy them but it will give you an idea. I have fair skin too. I use Mary Kay beige 100 on my face as my base makeup. I have very deep set eyes and I wear glasses so I don't wear eye make up because my theory is no one will see it anyway.

for fair skin i think is more appropriate to use a natural make-up,eventualy dark brown mascara and brown or black eyeliner - pencil -very thin line. eyeshadow natural-neutral:beige,brown
