i am looking fo water containers that hook onto old fashiomed radiators to provide humidity.?

They were usually ceramic and common in Europe. Sometimes very decorative. They had a "hook" to secure them on the radator.

I don't know anything about the sort of vessel you describe, but I remember my mother putting pans of water on top of the radiators as primitive humidifiers.
