No No No!! Pills dont work. If you want lucid dreams you have to first practice dreaming. every night before you go to bed tell yourself repeatdly that you will remember your dreams. Start recording your dreams. In the waking world, look around, touch things, smell the air, listen to music, get a sense of reality so you can compare it to your dreams.
Eventually, in your dreams, you will realize, through your senses (or logic) that it just isn't REAL. Then you will have the opportunity to direct your dreams...(thus the lucid dream)
Go to BORDERS and look up lucid dreams. there are a ton of books out there. The more you read up and get the facts the more likely you will be incline to lucid dreaming.

no, pills don't work. The process of having a lucid dream requires you to almost train yourself in your waking life in order for it to occur while you are sleeping. What you need to do is:
While you're awake, at any random moment (possibly after you've woken up, or even when you're standing in line at the grocery store) you need to ask yourself questions. These include:
* Am I dreaming?
* Can I read the messages on all electronic devices? (often in our dreams, we cannot see what is written on an electronic device, such as a text message on a mobile phone)
* Can I read the time on any clocks around? (often in dreams we can't read the time on clocks, as it may appear blurred or unclear)
* Can I move? (try this by pinching your arm or something)
By repeating these steps, gradually you will be able to have lucid dreams, where you're able to control and participate in what happens. Good Luck, and remember that you need to continue this process for a while before it actually happens.

keep a dream diary and allow yourself plenty of time to dream. Lucid dreams usually occur in the morning, if you wake up from a dream try to be aware of it and go back to sleep in the same position that you awoke in. I have done this and found that dreams can be controlled and you can pretty much do the things that you want to in your dreams.

Dreaming is all in your mind - so to induce lucid dreaming - you'd just have to realize in your dream that you are in fact dreaming.
