I am probably still one of the minority of people that will say No. Now I am not saying that he couldn't have had this done, but I really don't think that he did this on his own with his own hands. I know if he had it done he is just as guilty as doing it himself and that is most likely the way the whole trial should have been directed, but since it was not, then so be it, Not Guilty. The prosecution team over did whatever they were trying to prove. Having the "Ice Queen" as the prosecuter was the first mistake. Overloading the jury and the public with so much of their so called evidence was another huge mistake. They made it all very easy to debate, overturn and made is so hard to help the jury make any kind of sense out of any of it. So my answer is No, with the prosecuter's help.
