My best freind of 4 yrs backed out of my wedding party a week before my wedding. she has said a lot of hurtdul things to me and wasn't willing to talk to me when i had someting to say to her. Now that i could care less, she wants to talk .... should i give her the time of day?

i think you should IF you feel it is important. If you feel like your feelings could be hurt all over again, then just leave her be and don't waste your time. Sometimes when people have had time to think about their actions or about past events, they tend to realize what damage they could have caused to others. So maybe, she got her head out of her butt and realized she was wrong and/or maybe she wants to apologize. Hopefully she realized what she did and wants to make things right.

It is a bummer that she did that to you. You were friends for a long time. It would be a shame to see a friendship go down the drain. It wouldnt hurt to hear her out. She might have some valid reasons even though she went about it the wrong way. Maybe you can patch things up. Wont be like it was but at least things would be in the open. Things might not be able to be patched up but then things can be ended on a decent note.

What do you have to lose by listening? If she gets out of line, just leave. I doubt if I'd ever trust her again but it might be good closure to hear her reason.
