what is the difference between "credo", "ethos" and "precept"?

attain - achieve
acquire - receive

there's not much different about those words.....
a credo is a set of beliefs, or mission statement
ethos - is more direct (pertaining to a specific person or group) set of beliefs
a precept - generally one specific rule or direction that applies to one person/situation
