First try some web designs by making your own web pages. It is free. Microsoft (free domain and hosting for life) , Google (Googlepages, Blogger) , Yahoo (Geocities), Freewebs are some of the companies offering free websites with design tools . If you are wanting your own domain name, make sure its available. You can also get very cheap web hosting, that comes included with a free domain name of your choice from http://www.hostmonster.com
They provide a ton of space and anything you need for only 5 dollars a month. And that includes the free domain name. Once you purchase hosting with the domain name, you can read through HTML tutorials to help get you started. I recommend you use Adobe Photoshop for graphic and image creation.

u could use a subdomain.

or if u want to have your own website i would use http://www.bluehost.com but this is not free.
