I am a recently single cancer woman who just got out of a long relationship with a pisces man. What is the best way to get over him? Also, any suggestions on how a shy cancer woman can meet new people. I've already tried the bar scene, definatly not workin', and all my friends, are with his cousins! So none of them can help with the hook-up situation! I think it might be easier to get over my ex with a new man. Does this sound wrong?

As a fellow Cancerian, I understand your pain....Men seem to take our meekness for weakness, steal our hearts, and never come back! I would suggest that you find the answers within yourself. Start by making yourself happy before trying to get a new man to get over your ex with, or else you'll be stuck in a relationship that is going no where just to say you have a man!!

As much as you'd like a new love, I think you should date and play the field. Don't go into this with the intention of finding love. You are going to come off as being too desperate and scare the guys off. Bars aren't a good idea. Browse the personals WHILE looking elsewhere. Get a friend to go with you to a shopping mall, flea markets are a good place, believe it or n ot, Put the word out where you work that you are now single.

You should get with Either a virgo or Taurus. you and a virgo would share your love for peace and harmony, and a taurus could be the anchor a cancer needs and if the cancer woman can look beneth the soild taurus surface, she will find that they have alot in common. and a taurus man would protect you like no other and really apperciate your sensitive nature

Get over your ex, for sure.
Sadly, you may find difficulty hooking up with another man; the stars suggest that to avoid more pain, you should avoid men for 6 months or so. Interestingly, the stars are hinting that you may find happiness with another woman in the future, so perhaps you could consider that.

First off, get over the astrolical hype, and then look into rediscovering things you enjoy whether you are with someone or not, whatever you do don't force anything with any ol joe that comes along. That's cheating yourself.
