I have had kids leave notes on my desk for me...if you trust them, just say, "Do you any free time today? I have an issue that I'd like to discuss with you and get your input."
Then before you meet, write down exactly what you want to say and refer to it during your meeting if you find that you get nervous or tongue-tied. Good Luck!

"Could I meet with you briefly after school today. I'd like to talk about ..." (and quickly give the idea of what your problem is). For almost any issue other than what you're describing this would be no problem whatsoever for any teacher. The one thing that could be a problem here is that you appear to want free medical advice, which professional ethics may not allow the doctors/teachers to provide. You should certainly be up front about things, though, and say, "Could I ask your professional medical opinion?"

Many teachers are at school for about 30 minutes after the students leave, so if they are teachers you trust, just stay after and ask.
