I'm 40, If I don't have one by know aren't I out of luck?

Dude I bet you do have a personality! You are probably just more low key about your progress in life than many of the other people out there. Take things easy brah and take comfort in the things that come natural to you. As a guy the only way I could see a dude not feeling good about their personality and telling people about it to boot is if they really needed to just hook up with a chick for some real attention but he wasn't able to get any true action going. Even if you are feeling low about yourself you got to be true to who you are because nobody else will.. and that includes most of the ladies too! So keep your head up brah!

The fact that you're 40 and can't spell take precedence over the lack of personality.
After you are through taking the mail-order spelling class, go to Walmart - they are having a buy-one-get-one free sale on personalities. Keep the other one handy in case of emergency.
Just a little comedy..no harm meant.

Everyone has a personality! Ask several people to describe you in 10 words or less...this will give you an idea what your personality is....
