I think it was Tutankhamen (c. 1361-1352 BCE), the son in law of Akhenaten, who succeeded his brother Smenkhkare when he was only nine years old.

The 12th Pharaoh of the 18th Dynasty was Smenkhkare. He
ruled from sometime between 1336 and 1332 B.C. This is based off the Kings List that was found at Ramesses II cult temple at Abydos.

Amenhotep III

(His father was Thutmose IV)

His first son who would have been Thutmose V died so the next in line was Amenhotep IV (who was later known as Ahkenaten)

Amenhotep IV (Ahkenaten) was succeeded by Tutankhamen (whose parentage is hazy but he was of the royal family)

The problem with the Royal Family in Egypt is that the Pharaohs had so many wives and also married their sisters to keep the bloodline pure (incest was not a concept the ancient Egyptians has gotten around to and there was a lot of inbreeding amongst families: Royal and common)
