I have a tv out (s-video) on my graphics card but no s-video on my TV. How can I link my computer to my tv?

Some DVD players can do the conversion for you, if not, there are adapters at any electronics/TV store. Even radio shack.

Go to walmart or Radio Shack and buy an RF Modulator for your TV that has an Svideo port on it. It'll run ya about $20.
