FertilAid is a natural vitamin aided towards a healthy reproductive system I think the other one is called Ovulex....But I dont swear by either...Iam extremely regular and both of them messed up my cycle for a month. Pre-seed supposedly works really well. I did research lots of people swear by it. Ive been trying almost 2 yrs now no luck, nothing wrong with either weve been tested but I used preseed this month and Im late right now so if Iam I give credit to preseed.

Vitamins will not "help" you conceive. A pre-natal vitamin (such as Materna) is essential both before and during pregnancy as the pre-natal vitamins have increased folic acid. Here are a couple of suggestions to increase your likelihood of conception. First, eat a well balanced diet and make sure you are eating enough protein. Second, if you don't have a regular exercise regime, try adding a 20 minute walk to your day. Exercise helps to regulate your blood chemistry. Third, start to track your menstral cycles. Buy yourself a basal body thermometer and chart your morning temperatures so that you know when you are about to ovulate. Last, you can learn more about pre-conception, conception and pregnancy at Fertility Friend. Best wishes for your pending motherhood!

There aren't vitamins that help you get pregnant but you can go ahead and start taking prenatal vitamins so you can start out with a healthy baby. Plus prenatal vitamins take a few months for you to actually get everything out of them so go ahead and start taking them if you're trying.
I don't know what he means by natural way unless he means that he'll do insimination if all else fails...Go get a fertility kit and do it every day. That's what I did and it worked. Every single day for a month and then started testing and a month later it came out positive. (it wont come out positive unless you have enough of the horomone built up.) Good luck

The highest rate of multiple births come from cultures who also eat a large amount of Yams. They did a study about them and there is something in the Yams that is similair in make up to fertility drugs. Maybe this will help you.

Ask your doctor. He would know best. He should have also put you on pre-natal vitamins when you first mentioned it to him.
