swimming problem?

every time i go swimming i always seem to get this pain around my intestine area why is this? btw i usully go swimming for about 3 hours.

and i also seem to need to go to the toilet more as well, and i dont mean urinating

1. your stressing yourself too much.
2. swimming = burn fat = makes you use restroom

Try swimming for half the time and see what happens!
