You'll need to get it towed in, then you can work on it. I could explain how to get in without panning in the window, but I don't want to give any would-be car thieves any ideas! You are probably best to get a locksmith to pick the lock for you, and if the car still has it's handbooks, it should tell you what the key number is, give this info to your nearest Suzuki dealer, and they should be able to arrange for a new set to be cut and programmed. Failing that, you will need to get a new lock set for the car, not a good idea to lose car keys, it can get expensive!

So they've not got their spare key? You could try the recovery people if you are covered, or a nice AA patrolman that happens to pass will get you in. There is the more drastic measure, smash the window and pick another up from a scrap yard.

You (hrmmmph - sorry 'They') need to speak nicely to your local Suzuki dealership - armed with the log-book and some proof of ID. They can usually find a new key for you.. at a price.
