well.. mi6, i'm under the impression is a mason affiliation (see their logo; eye of horus)- and batman was fighting against bad guys..
so.. the answer is either may kill the other, though batman would be the only one who would prevail - as he stands for Truth :D
ultimately.. Batman wins for having God on his side.

the 6 pointed star is in reference to amun/horus --- which is both the masonic symbol, and the supposed 'star of david' - which is not hebrew at all.. but actually egyptian.
the 'g' in the masonic symbol stands for the 'generative principle' (see the origional 'Wicker Man' movie)
