No. Many states tried the "don't have a plan" plan. They found that without a plan, crime continued not even noticing that there was a plan in place to ignore it.

Of course it will work...I just tried it over the weekend and it worked perfectly!!! Make sure you don't put the thing to close to the thing though ;-)!!!

sure will. but watch out for the smart bad guys. its a doosey out there. when it comes the the thingy thingy and the whoolas, those can be a bit difficult.
