Congratulations!!!! I found out 5 days ago that I'm pregnant also. Slight cramping is normal, I experienced it with both my previous pregnancies. I don't think there is any real clear sign that it wont end in a miscarriage. My aunt has had numerous miscarriages and she didn't know anything was wrong until she lost the baby. Talk to your OB about your fears at your first appointment. Try to not worry. Just relax and enjoy. Again, Congratulations!!!

There are really no signs that will tell you that a pregnancy will not end in M/C. If there was the doctors would be able to prevent them altogether. My advice is follow your doctors orders to the letter since you have had M/Cs before you are probably prone to them. If you question how you feel, then call the doctor and tell him/her about it. It is better to be safe and a nuisance than to ignore any unusual sign at all. The doctor will let you know if in your case if any sign or symptom is abnormal for you.
Everyone is different and what works for one may not work for another. One sign or symptom that means one thing to one lady could mean something totally different for the next one.
Keep your doctor informed of everything that is happening to you, good or bad. Let his/her knowledge help you have the healthy baby you want.

Congrats!!! As long as the cramping is mild, I would say you're alright. It might just be round ligament pain(growing pains). Due to your history, I wouldn't waste anytime getting the doc. Also, at www.webmd.com, there are pregnancy message boards based on what trimester you are in. The ladies there are great at answering any questions you may have. It really helped me. Best Wishes.

Congratulations! Cramping is not a problem if there is no bleeding.
If you are concerned about miscarriage, is bed rest an option for you? Your doctor should be ale to give you some tips on how to deal with this.
Best wishes :)

first congrats, I had some cramping with my pregnancies. Kinda like you feel like you are going to get your period but it never comes. I would think if you had anything more then that or felt pain to call your doctor right away.
