Ignore them. Work to be the best 2 players on the squad. Everything will work out to your favor in the long run.

Just deal with it by using the season as an opportunity to improve on your own skills and abilities. Dribble more, take more shots, pass primarily with your sister instead of the people that you don't like, etc. If you already don’t get along, then don’t worry about hogging the ball a little more for you own benefit.

There are always going to be situations in organized sports where you are forced to deal with people that you don't like or can't get along with. The best thing to do is to make the most of the present situation and then plan for the necessary changes the following year.

Be honest with your sister, tell her how you feel about her decisions. Trust and confidence is what keeps the bounds of sisterhood powerful. If you do not want to quit, why not make two teams..for example...one team if for varsities and the next team if for juniors.
