My last period started on November 7th, and I must make note my cycles are very regular (28days). I am on the pill and have been for a year. I am religious about taking it the same time everday. I took an antibiotic on November 13, 14, 15. I then had intercourse on the 17th with no backup form (which would be about 3-4 days before the normal time of ovulation) I now know that antibiotics reduce the effectiveness, but was told that I should be ok, but there still might be that chance. My mistake I know. Anyways, I started to feel cramping/backache on the 20th already, and nausea/fatigue soon after, and then breast soreness (tendor, sensitive nipples, etc) starting on the 23rd. Today is the 27th, and I am still feeling the breast soreness, and nausea, and am 8 days away from my normal period which would start on 12/4. Are these signs of pregnancy already this soon? Is it hormones/stress related?

you shouldn't be pregnant if you have been taking your birth control regularly for a year. But yes you can feel the signs of pregnancy that soon. I knew I was pregnant within the week I got pregnant. I knew this long before I took an at home preg test.

one the antibiotic's that are for viruses 9 out of 10 times do reduce the effectiveness of bith controle however they give woman with heavy and very painful periods birth controle to ease the menstration cramping and thin the menstral blood you are probibly haveing a heaveyer period now and having a different type of hormone is more released the average woman does feel breast soreness either before or during there period and yes alot get nausea too some more than others you need to remember that the hormones werent release the same as the last year for you i would use extra caution till the end of your next cycle to alow the hormones to even more out again !
i highly daught that you are already feeling the signs of pregnancy due to the fact that there wouldnt be enough hormone to make you feel the difference yet so dont worrie if you are rely worried 5 days before you are pregnant you can go get first response pregnancy test and check i wish the best for you !!!

This may not mean anything. I have experienced this during times of stress myself. Wait to see if your period is on time. If it does not come by the 11th (1 week late), then you can worry.

Always use backup, even during times when you are not on antibiotics. Even though you're religious about your pills, there can be MANY other factors that could cause it to be less effective (weight, diet, amount of sleep, etc.). Also, it is only 98%-99% effective when everything is perfect. Not worth a risk.

Good luck!

I personally think your symptoms are from stressing out about this. your chances of getting pregnant after being that faithful for that long are slim to none... Also, there are very few antibiotics that will actually make your pill less effective. General antibiotics will not... They put that on the bottle so you can't sue them... Also, you could very well be ovulating and that will cause some discomfort!!

It could be stress or you could be pregnant. Just get a test done.
