I have not, but common sense suggests that the people who are at the top of the pyramid get paid as advertised. Basically, if you are investing in a pyramid scheme, do so early on and get out early before it blows up.

You call Lindsay Lohan succesful? I guess she was before, but she's only downspiraled since she continued using them. I wouldn't really consider George Bush to be succesful either, he's been one of the most hated American public figures for awhile. I think people who tried drugs before and weaned themselves off of them might have realized the importance of life and how short it is and because of that truly lived. But I'm sure some of the people you mentioned would have been succesful without them as well so I don't believe drugs can be used as a method of measuring success.

I made some money with Scentura, when i realized i just lie to people, i quit but i have friends who made a lot going other kinds of same crap, you promise someone a job they have a 1000 to 1 shot and getting, hand them product they sell a few for free for you for a few days and bring it back when they finally give up because theyre broke, you place another ad for jobseekers, on and on it goes till you feel bad or someone beats your face in, either way you can make money but you get it by a bold faced lie, they can dress it up with FFR and pump you up, play tapes of motivational speakers at meeting butin the end they get you so self centered and self serving most people will screw anyone over. Morally corrupt but it is legal.

No. Only heard they're schemes in every sense of the word. Being successfully taken is another category.
