I've heard that Patrick Dempsey (Grey's Anatomy) has dyslexia and has trouble with learning his scripts. I saw this on a tv show, but you could propably find the info on the web. Don't know if this is the kind of info you are looking for or not, but I thought I would pass it on.

One of the most famous examples of Aspberger's Syndrome (a form of autism) is Bill Gates.
James Earl Jones has a speech impediment- he suffers from stuttering. When he slows down while speaking, it's to control it.

I don't know how interesting he is but the boy who played Albert Ingalls on Little House on the Prairie has autism. He was a very good actor considering that he had that!
